Drake Issues Statement About The Deaths after The OVO Concert

I actually thought to myself " Is Drake going to issue a statement?  Well he did. The deaths that took place after the OVO fest in Toronto  was 2 weeks ago and a lot of people were waiting around to here a statement from  the King of Toronto right now and the only reason there was a OVO fest  in the first place.  I personally thought Drake should  Pay offered to pay the families money and pay for the funeral   That still may happen
