Jay Electronica Signs To Roc Nation, Diddy Feels Betrayed.

Jay Electronica Joins Jay-Z's Roc Nation

I don’t know what it is about Jay-Z, but lately dude’s movements are making me take notice & appreciation for his Brooklyn hustle. now check this out, Jay had the whole Hip-Hop community checking for his upcoming book- Decoded- and his greatest hits collection. But meanwhile, back at the ranch, he’s still pullin’ in top notch talent to Roc Nation. And last night, during an event at The Box in NYC, Jigga announced the partnership between himself & underground MC Jay Electronica- the latest acquisition to Roc Nation.
Never leaving fans in the dark, Jay Electronica dropped a little forewarning on twitter earlier yesterday:

“We not illuminati, but our mind’s on the money.”
Wait … there’s more.

Something about this whole thing struck me as odd. Jay Electronica- wasn’t he being wooed by Diddy? Seems as though Diddy had been working on getting Jay Electronica to ride with him & the Bad Boy fam. But, during a chance meeting at the famed Spotted Pig restaurant in NYC, Jay E. met Jay-Z, Jigga kicked that better game, and stole Jay E. from right under Diddy’s nose.

Diddy then took to twitter this morn’ting & tweeted:

“Damn it hurts in a whole other way when someone you felt and I mean really felt was your Friend, Betrays you. It hurts when Breathe.”

Erykah Badu, Jay E.’s significant other responded with :

“@iamdiddy: im sorry.”

You’re right Diddy, Betrayal hurts! No, Betrayal SUCKS like a $2 Crack Whore. Please remember that the next time you withhold royalties, shelve projects, ignore real talent, or back stab those who have been loyal to you for years. While you were kissin’ Nicki Minaj‘s ass, & disrespecting Lil Kim, your “prospective artist’ was stolen right from under you.

Kudos to you Jay! Which one? Both of them! ‘Cause soon as he (Diddy) bought that wine, you (Jay-Z) just crept up from behind. lol.
